For example, Battery Passports under the EU Batteries Regulation become mandatory starting February 18, 2027, for new products on the EU and EEA markets. Typically, there is an 18-month transition period from the date the DPP requirement for a product type is officially adopted until the regulation becomes enforceable, giving businesses time to prepare. How do public and regulator access permissions work?

Public access to Digital Product Passports is provided through fast and secure web services linked via QR or NFC codes on products. Basic product information is embedded offline within the codes for instant access, while more detailed data is available online. Access is designed to be seamless and reliable for consumers and regulators alike, ensuring transparency and compliance without compromising security.

What support do you offer for data integration?

Our platform is built on a modern MACH architecture and designed with an API-first approach, ensuring flexible and scalable integration options. Currently, you can submit product data via Excel or CSV uploads or connect your existing PIM systems for seamless onboarding.
